After service, car shows several scratch marks and damages clearly due to the poor removal of the wrap.

When vehicle was delivered the damages were noticed, we immediately contacted Bee Idea and spoke with Hitallo Bold owner. Owner showed absolutely no respect for our claims, constantly interrupting our explanation, and saying that we simply hired his company to remove the wrap, as if delivering the car without scratches wasn't their obligation.

After arguing for a few minutes, Hitallo said he was coming over to check the marks and slammed the phone. Things got worse from then on, as when he arrived there was a constant neglect for customer service, and all he was able to do was yell at us saying that those scratch marks weren't his company's fault, and that he had absolutely no responsibility for the damages caused. Furthermore, he constantly stated that we had paid a good price for the service, and that for that price he was basically doing us a "favor", again, as if we had no choice but to accept the poor job.

At no point in time during the process of hiring Bee Idea's services, have any of their reps disclaimed that the car could end up with scratch marks from the removal of the wrap. Unbending about his opinion, Hitallo simply turned his back, and left. After a lot of stressful arguing and complaining, BeeIdea did not charge us for the job, but left the car with several damages, which will cost much more to fix than what they had charged to perform the service.

This is a clear example of a company that has absolutely no idea what they are doing; not only in the performance of services contracted, but also in dealing with customers in the most basic levels.

Horrible business cards — We are in the Usited States of America and we should get the service we pay for. Ugly, unclassy and definitely not what I have requested from them.
