Milagro Silver Tequila, fresh lime juice and agave nectar, finished with our signature sweet and savory rim. A refreshing lemonade muddled with fresh strawberries and basil. Warm chocolate brownie topped with vanilla bean ice cream, hot fudge, chopped walnuts, chocolate sprinkles, fresh whipped cream and a cherry. Rich and creamy NY-style cheesecake served with thin layers of chocolate and caramel sauce, finished with sprinkles of toffee-almond crunch.
A little noisy for my taste. Food was very ordinary. Waiter was very helpful at attentive. Expensive, but pretty good food for all members of our family. They were able to accommodate our gluten-free people. We ordered lettuce-wrapped burgers, regular burgers, sliders, chicken caesar, and the kid's burger. It was a nice presentation. The service was a bit slow, and they weren't that busy. I wished the fries were hotter. It was still a decent lunch.
Horrible experience and bad food,service,and music was very loud and the seating outside was very cold with no heaters and only one waiter for all the outside patio tables. We had a wonderful evening and our waitress Mitzi took great care of us! Excellent staff and great food. Best place in the area. Got there for my reservation time and they stated they couldn't accommodate me then. After going back and forth for a bit they finally accommodated us and the food and service was just OK.
I got to HR all around the world. Great food and service! The menu is VERY limited. The food is overpriced. I had a great time. The waiter was very attentive. Love the atmosphere with The Giants game on. We really felt like second class citizens for not having the covid vaccine.
We weren't even allowed to enter the restaurant to purchase any souvenirs. This was our first time to San Francisco and this was the only place I wanted to go and it was a let down.
I had a negative experience here but after I wrote a review the manager reached out to me and was extremely apologetic and offered to make it up to me. I really appreciate that he tried to correct the situation and because of that I would go to the Hard Rock again. Hard Rock Cafe San Francisco rocked my world as it always does. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary there because we love the food, the ambiance, the music, the memorabilia, and the fun.
The staff is always inviting, welcoming and enthusiastic, in both the cafe and in the rock shop. Enjoy it all and rock on!! When I arrived, no one greeted me at the reservations desk and waited for over 10 minutes to be seated. The food was really good, but I felt rushed the whole time. Don't offer a 7pm reservation, it's for the best of the customer.
My kids loved it, and the onion rings were to die for! Perfect for families, great food and service.
