I worked for the company a short time at the beginning of and enjoyed a terrific experience both with associates and management. I learned my tasks remotely from leads in Florida. And they were outstanding! Can't say enough good for their expertise and interpersonal talents.

And Quality was also very knowledgeable and proficient. The hardest part of the job seemed - to me - to be the courts themselves: closures and delays due to the COVID pandemic; variation in rules and some computing systems were cumbersome no consistency across the nation. The most enjoyable part of the job was the challenge to provide thorough, correct reviews and the toughest part was to do it quickly. Cons None.

While it seemed like a lot it was almost always realistic to what you would be able to get done. In the end I left because I could not stand sitting for such long periods of time and because I found out that people hired after me were being paid more even after I was promoted.

Company has the ability and is ready for growth but need to loosen up the reigns a bit to do so. Opportunity to earn a decent income is there but you really need to be productive and exceed your goals to make it significant.

The new Management sucks, the floor supervisor is in it for themselves and is a suck up with upper management. We continue to bring on new customers and do good work for them. Some middle manager do not enough time to work with their team, which can be challenging especially when things get busy.

The company was very laid back. I enjoyed the Monday through Friday schedule, and having weekends off. However I felt the company does not pay their employees well, and their health insurance benefits weren't great either. Their wasn't many opportunities for growth. I felt like the company doesn't care about their employees. Pros schedule. I loved what I did and had a good team but management sucks.
