Each eligible organization may receive a maximum of two 2 complimentary 1-Day Pass tickets per organization per calendar year. San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance requires that these certain criteria be met in order to be considered for ticket donations.

Due to the volume of requests we receive, we are unable to respond to telephone inquiries and we cannot accept requests sent by email or fax.

Our organization works with local hospitals and wish support organizations to accommodate individuals of all ages and families in need. These organizations fall within the state and federally instituted not-for-profit guidelines we are required to follow. Seasonal foods will be available for purchase at various locations.

During Autumn Festival weekends, the Safari Park is open until 7 p. The Zoo and the Safari Park are both open every day, including holidays. To maintain the high-quality care provided to all our wildlife residents, our parks never display fireworks. HalGLOWeen activities and entertainment are scheduled from 5 to 9 p. Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays during October at the Zoo.

For all other months in the year, children ages 3—11 pay a Child admission price, while children 2 and younger are admitted free to the Zoo and Safari Park. Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays throughout October For our younger guests who choose to celebrate the Halloween season, individuals who are 11 years of age and younger may dress in their favorite family friendly Halloween costume—as long as the costumes adhere to our costume guidelines listed below.

Individuals who are 11 years old and younger may dress in their favorite Halloween costume at HalGLOWeen, and must follow these guidelines:.

Costumes must be child friendly and not obstructive, offensive, or violent. These guests may wear masks, however masks must not obstruct vision and eyes must be visible at all times. Costumes must not drag on the ground.

Accessories should not contain fake fingernails, and costumes must not contain sharp objects, pointed objects, or materials that may accidentally strike another guest or employee. Costumes cannot contain any weapons that may resemble, or could easily be mistaken for an actual weapon. Acceptable accessories include transparent wings, plastic light sabers, and tutus. Please, no small costume pieces such as sequins, or tiny things that could fall off and get into an animal habitat.

San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance reserves the right to deny admission or to remove any person wearing attire that is considered inappropriate or attire that could detract from the experience of other guests. Guests who do not adhere to these guidelines may be refused entry unless their costume can be modified to meet the above standards. Jungle Bells is included with Zoo admission or membership. Jungle Bells activities and entertainment are scheduled December 10—23, December 25—31, and January 1—2.
